A Brief History of Initiation and The End Result of It

No Matter How Ornate your Mask, your True Self is Much More Beautiful!

My quest to bring back initiation began formally twelve years ago when I wrote the first article on the gatewaytogold blog. At that time, my life changed from freedom for me to freedom for all. Since then, I’ve been on an adventure that no one else can even really imagine. The people in the Gold Circle and Golden Gateway have had front row seats, and they have come along with me. I often tell them that I’m opening the exit gateways that lead out of the illusion, and their job is to make those exits bigger and wider so that others can find them more easily. That is happening, but each exit is a huge challenge. The gateways have been rusted shut by beliefs that people have come to hold in mind as TRUE.

Everyone enters initiation thinking that they are a lot closer to the end of the tunnel than they really are. They get impatient; they want me to make it easier or faster for them. They want me to fix their problems NOW! I can only tell them how to let go; I can’t let go for them. In initiation, you work on a topic and you get that wonderful insight of freedom; you can’t imagine that you’ll ever lose that incredible feeling. Then you hit another topic, or a challenging relationship issue, and you feel like you are starting all over again. That’s normal. I have the same challenge. While the members of my programs work on personal issues, I work on collective issues. Often I’m exposing a collective issue that I’ve never experienced; that’s like decoding a document that’s written in a foreign language. But I work on it until I know it is false; and then I expose it. Knowing something is false is not the same as believing it is false; knowing takes a lot longer than believing. But once you know the difference between true and false on a topic, you never lose your footing again.

My research into the mind and the occult way of thinking started over thirty years ago, but it all really began when I was five years old. My mother was telling me about suffering, and I told her that I would end it with absolute confidence. Around the same time, I picked up a Bible that my mom had sitting on a coffee table; and I said, “I’m going to have to fix this damn thing.” Of course, at five-years old I couldn’t do anything about the Bible or suffering. But I remember speaking those words like it was yesterday. I knew what I came to earth to do. Today I am doing both; I now understand my five-year old self.

Initiation is the answer to understanding the Bible, which is our collective mental history. Religion has turned the Bible into our collective physical history; thus, the Bible itself fell into the illusion as did every other sacred text on the planet. Initiation is also the answer to the end of suffering of all kinds. No form of suffering is true. It is all a byproduct of the illusory point of view or man-made thinking.

When times are good, people don’t give a damn about initiation. But when we run into rough times, initiation is necessary. It is the only cure for the illusory curse. If you remove the “S” from the word “curse,” you get the word, “cure.” The occultists at the top of the pyramid of power know that the “S” stands for the deception of the Serpent, like the snake’s hissing sound of SSSSS, in the Garden of Eden; that’s how Adam and Eve got stuck in the occult illusion. But religion tells people that the fall was caused by their original sin. Do you see the correlation to what we are experiencing today? The globalists don’t think they are wrong for tricking us; they are the Serpents. They label us wrong for believing their tricks. That’s what they did to Adam and Eve. Nothing has changed.

So good, kind people believe that they are sinners when they are not. Religion got clever to soothe the wounded people, and said Jesus removed the sins. But what is sin anyway? Is it mental or is it physical acts? Sin has been translated in earlier times as simply “missing the mark.” It means that we went in the wrong direction. So what? Sin is really just second-cause thinking. It’s not a big deal if someone tells us that we can let that false thinking go. But when people like me say that, we are generally ignored. People feel naked without their belief system. In other words, most people think they need a mask.

The story of Jesus was an initiation story that has been pulled into the illusion. There are so many initiation stories that have been pulled into the illusion by the occultists. That’s why I decode those stories and free those characters in the Golden Gateway. But people can’t use my decodes effectively until they know how to let go and how to discriminate. That’s why I had to do the Gold Circle first. As a warning, don’t put this information into your mind. Let go of the beliefs that caused you to believe those Serpent occultists in your past. Every person reading this article has done an Adam and Eve stunt. Serpents are everywhere. We also call them “wolves in sheep’s clothing.” You aren’t free of them until you clearly see the wolf under that sheep’s mask.

When we are stuck in the illusion, we can’t see beyond the edges of it. So we keep believing lies and liars. We think that we are taking an exit, but we are actually diving deeper into the illusion because we believed some other charlatan who said they had the truth. As we let go, however, we see the true reality; and the illusion comes to look false. Our discrimination returns; and we no longer have to let go manually (like I share in the Gold Circle). We start letting go naturally like we did before the mental fall. That’s when our initiation is complete.

To understand why initiation is so difficult, you have to understand why it disappeared. At some point, the occult way of thinking became very popular. People followed false leaders because they declared themselves to be Gods. (Some think those false Lords were aliens, but they’re wasting their time researching that. It doesn’t matter if the Lords were nasty-ass humans or aliens. If aliens don’t have free minds and we do, the aliens will go away.) In the Bible, that time when we first started following other humans was called “the fall.” It’s when people stopped following inspiration and their True Self. They started following outer leaders who were not true leaders. It’s safe to follow a true leader. They will fully allow you to be yourself. They will only serve to keep the vision of Heaven on Earth alive. They will help anyone who falters. But false leaders were showing up everywhere around the world. This is why you see architecture like the Pyramids of Giza that we can’t build today. We did great things with ease when we were our True Selves.

At some point, we all stopped eating from the “Tree of Life,” and we started to eat from the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.” That story wasn’t about our diet…sorry vegans. Eating referred to what we were putting into our minds. In the Gold Circle, I tear that story apart and fully decode it. The CliffsNotes version of the story is that we stopped thinking from our True Selves; and we started thinking from the false mind, or what I refer to as the triangle bottom. The false mind is meant to be our creative container; but we made it into a memory storage device. So we lost our ability to be perfect creators. Letting go cleans our mind of second-cause knowledge and beliefs; so it reverses the fall. It’s simple…common sense.

Today, occult thinking has infected every subject and every group. The occult indoctrination begins in the churches and schools; but it doesn’t end there. Everywhere you go for help is just another trap door. This is what I label Act II of our full-circle story. Stories are based on three acts; and our life is a story. Act III is when we stop listening to others outside of us, and we start exposing false. Act III of our story is initiation. Initiation means that we go back to what we were INITIALLY, but mentally (not physically). When we achieve our mental full-circle story, we also achieve our physical full-circle story. However, the leaders of the illusion focus on the physical. They cheat so that they can get the full-circle physical rewards without having earned them mentally.

In the illusion, it appears that we can’t get back to the Tree of Life, but we can. Eden was never a physical place; it was always a state of mind. But we must get that state of mind by letting go of what is false, not by adding more false beliefs to our mind. This is where everyone gets confused; and therefore, they stay stuck in Act II. Most people die in Act II of their story. They never get to Act III. They come back again and repeat that same error in lifetime after lifetime.

The entire illusion works on the power of numbers. It’s always been that way. People collectively move as a group with same or opposing beliefs. There are subgroups within the collective. One group is always fighting with another group, either mentally or physically. Then there are subgroups within the subgroups. The illusion is like a house of mirrors. It’s layers upon layers of beliefs. So when we remove a layer of beliefs, we find another layer underneath. For some people the initiation journey takes them back to earlier times in this life. For those who believe in past lives, it takes them back to beliefs they got in earlier lives. But like I said before, time is irrelevant with initiation. Time doesn’t disappear; it simply loses all meaning as you let go.

Today, you can see how the globalists use divide and conquer to keep the illusion alive. People fall right into the trap over and over again; we are programmed to do so from the time that we are born. The soul mind is a divided, fallen mind. It holds the first division of good and evil. Then it keeps collecting second-cause divisions. In Eden, there was only good with no opposite. But once our mind is divided, we hold both sides of the triangle bottom in mind. We can’t fake goodness without projecting evil out; that’s why there are so many wolves in sheep’s clothing. You can’t get back to your truly good nature unless you let go of the whole triangle bottom of good and evil…which means letting go of fake definitions of goodness.

In the illusion, physical cause produces physical effect. That false way of thinking has replaced true and false and mental cause produces physical effect. In true and false, true was all powerful; and false was the illusion…powerless. So discrimination was natural and easy. When we are stuck in good and evil, right and wrong, superior and inferior, positive and negative, spiritual or unspiritual, etc., we don’t have that natural discrimination anymore. We are psychologically reversed. So it feels like we are in quicksand.

Today, spiritual teachers and gurus claim to fix people’s minds. But they’re lying. Now we have the light workers versus the dark workers, the high vibrators versus the low vibrators (that sounds weird), those who are ascending to 5D versus those damn smelly 3D people, and we have the white hats against the black hats. Oh and don’t let me forget that we have the off-world aliens versus the humans. It’s all just more insanity that fuels the illusion bigly. It’s more second-cause thinking that’s being falsely labeled as true.

Everyone today is so outer directed. The experts blame this on technology. But technology isn’t the cause; our minds were outer-directed long before technology. The problem with technology is that we are making technology more powerful than we are instead of allowing technology to serve us. That’s because people have made knowledge too important. Remember, knowledge is what started the fall; the first knowledge was the knowledge of good and evil; and we just keep adding more and more second-cause knowledge to our minds. So how can we reverse the fall?

Currently my websites are having some serious problems. I don’t have the technical knowledge to fix this situation. So I have to depend on the fact that someone else has the knowledge. Knowledge has a limit. I’m sure that there will be a fix to my websites. It’s not that big of a deal. I have backups that I can recreate the sites if needed. But people die of diseases every day because knowledge has failed them. People lose their income and savings because knowledge has failed them. Knowledge is not the answer to the elimination of suffering; and sadly, people think that it is. Knowledge was the cause of suffering not the solution.

People will say that they don’t value knowledge; they use their intuition. They are the other side of the triangle bottom. Every intuitive is very good at scanning their knowledge, or the collective knowledge, to find an answer to problems that aren’t true. Intuition doesn’t take us outside of the illusion. To get outside of the illusion, we must let go of all second-cause thinking and the intuition that uses that knowledge. We move to inspiration, which is beyond words or uses the first-cause words in our minds sporadically. First-cause thinking is natural and will remain. First-cause thinking is always win win for all. Today there are so many people looking for the truth in others when they already have the truth within. We have reached the point of complete delusion as a collective; and the worst part is that people don’t realize that the illusion is false. Someone once commented that the trap of being an American is that you think you are free when you really aren’t. They nailed it. Now that American delusion has spread around the world. People are promising freedom who have not let go of one belief from their own minds. People have come to believe that being able to choose between black coffee and a latte is freedom. Or they think that choosing where they live or what they wear is freedom. We have to get clear about freedom. It starts in our own minds; and it’s NOT floating above our mind (eastern meditation), changing our minds to be positive (self-help), or ignoring our minds by denying what we believe (having our heads up our asses). Letting go is what permanently quiets our minds. But letting go is still just a cute catchphrase for most. They talk about it, but they don’t do it.

When we actually do let go, we enter the path of initiation, which I call Act III of our full-circle story; and there is no turning back. We start to see through the occultists’ illusion in every form; and we know that no one wins in the illusion except for the people who ultimately control the globe. Everyone else loses physically. But mentally, even the winners of the illusion lose; they don’t get back to their Eden-like minds. They get stuck in Act II of their story, so they never get free. They get recycled back into the pyramid of power at the bottom.

I used to do hypnosis and people always wanted to do regressions. I thought that regressions were kind of stupid; but it’s what they wanted, so I did it. Sometimes, they’d find out that they were a royal in another life, and they felt so important. They couldn’t see that the same beliefs that made them a royal in that life made them a complete failure in this life. People label that karma, but I don’t see it that way. People simply flip sides on the triangle bottom until they wise up and let the whole triangle bottom go. If they drop the desire to be a royal at the top of the pyramid of power, they will never have to be a pawn at the bottom of the pyramid of power. You cannot be something that you don’t hold in mind.

As you let go, you come to realize that the way of thinking that we’re all taught from childhood is backwards; it’s not natural. So everyone on earth lives in a normal state that’s not natural. When we live in that false state of mind, we don’t even find nature to be natural. We are even seeing a projected view of nature from our backwards minds. So people will think that nature is struggling when it is not. The globalists see climate change because they are obsessed with controlling the weather; they want to demonstrate that they are better than God. They are insane. Don’t believe them. Nature was meant to be our feedback. We weren’t supposed to be harming or fixing nature. It was supposed to help us see what to let go so that we could remain on our perfect life path.

Like I said above, people are naturally good; so people do their best to soothe their misery and the misery of others. That’s very sweet and endearing, but it doesn’t do anything to eliminate the illusion. That being said, never feel bad for getting duped by the illusion. It happened to everyone of us.

All of us are truly good inside, even those damn globalists. When people let go, they realize that they never did anything wrong. When they did something that they were ashamed of, or feel guilty about, they were believing someone with authority who was lying to them. They didn’t trust their own True Self because they were told not to. That doesn’t make them bad or a sinner; that makes them confused or lost. If you run into someone who is lost in a city, and they ask you for directions, you help them find their way. You don’t call them stupid and cleverly take advantage of them. That’s what the occultists who want to rule the world have done. They view themselves as clever tricksters. But the game has gone too far. So we have to call the game by exposing it as false. That’s the only way to end their false reign of power.

The occultists are all power hungry, and they come with many labels: Zionists, Jesuits, the high ranking of every religion, illuminati, royalty, secret societies of all types, and much more. Occult simply means hidden. So anything that falls under the umbrella of the divided mind is occult. When we have a divided mind, we can think, speak, and act from one side of the triangle bottom; we can appear to be good while hiding the bad. We can appear to be positive while hiding our negative. This results in projection, which is another very common occultist tool. In ancient times, the occultists were called the two-faced Gods. Those at the top of the pyramid of power all projected on those below them; the people with the most followers usually dominated the other occultists. It was all about the power of numbers. Now normal people do that to each other with their social media following. We become just like the people we follow.

The globalists in all of these various groups believe that once we normal people are defeated, they will fight among themselves to become “The One.” They think that there can be ONLY one ruler for the whole earth. But they have divided minds. So they will always meet opposition. They don’t know what they don’t know. They’ll find out the hard way.

By letting go, we can escape the illusion of opposition and pull others out too. We don’t have to wait for the slow hands of time until the collective returns to Heaven on Earth. That might never happen. When we let go, we regain our true power; and the occultists become our minions. The difference is that we will won’t harm a hair on their little heads. We just won’t allow them to have power over others anymore. They can destroy their own lives, but they can’t hurt others. Of course, occultists don’t want to lose their false power. So they have always seen the initiates as their biggest enemy. Said in the microcosmic way, the clones voices in our false mind see our True Self as their biggest enemy. The macrocosm and the microcosm are the same at the mental level of perception.

Occultists love their divide-and-conquer trick. They pit black people against white people and women against men. Now it’s even gay against straight. They pit Russia or China against America. It’s the globalists who got liberals to hate conservatives with such vengeance when Donald Trump was elected. The elite globalists in America don’t like Donald Trump because he knows what they are hiding. He exposes them to the public, and exposure is what destroys their false power. He often puts the globalist minions front and center, like he did with Fauci. He wants us to see these false leaders for what they are. He wants us to stop believing them.

People all over the world see this now, and that’s why people in Europe and Africa and even Asia call Donald Trump their President too. He says that he’s all about “America first;” but secretly, he wants to free the whole world from the globalist tyrants, and he isn’t working alone. But you’ve probably noticed that the globalists don’t go down without a serious fight. So he’s not going to fix this in a day. He needs us to do our part by exposing and letting go of our own false beliefs. The outer collective battle looks the same as our inner battle. So we all don’t see the same collective illusion. That’s what makes this very confusing when we are too outer directed. When we work on our inner battle, the outer collective battle starts to ease up. I call that validation that we’ve let go.

People have been trained by the occultists to believe that the exposer of beliefs is evil. Who does that benefit? So most people are afraid to expose beliefs as false. In truth, it is the people who impose or project beliefs on others that are evil in the illusion. Evil is just live spelled backwards. No one is actually evil. People can’t be evil when we are innately good. But as the reverse of “live or life,” it means headed to death or the grave. The grave is like gravity or seriousness, and we all become very grave when we are stuck in the illusion. So we want some lightness or levity, which we get by letting go.

The occultists even put things on the television like the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard court case to divide us. Or they manifest a fake shooting, riot, or terror event; they want to keep us fighting over guns or no guns, abortion or no abortion, borders or no borders, drag queen teachers or straight teachers, etc. If we keep our nose stuck in the details and believe what we see in their contrived reality, which often is nothing but a video produced to generate emotion, we stay stuck in their illusion. Then we are part of the problem. If we ignore reality, we are part of the problem too. If we face reality and expose the beliefs and lies that the occultists have used to fuel the illusion as false, we are part of the solution.

As you let go, you don’t want to do the illusion dance anymore. But you also don’t want to see people suffer. You are confused because those soothing jobs don’t make sense anymore when you don’t want to believe in disease, law, or expertise as knowledge. In my programs, I tell people to take jobs that don’t require a lot of thinking so they can let go all day long. I call them dumb jobs, but it’s actually smart people who take dumb jobs. So there is some irony in my label. The jobs pay their bills, and they get free at the same time. My job is that way in a sense. If I’m thinking or reasoning, I’m not exposing. I have to let go all day long as I write to expose. I manifested a job that forces me to stay on my game. But that doesn’t mean I’m perfect. So I teach everyone how to let go, and I tell them to never memorize what I say. Just use what I write as a catalyst for letting go.

Or if a person is in something like a healing profession, then they should let go of every disease they see in their patients. They will eventually get to Step Three with everyone who comes to them for help, which is where true healing lives (Step Three is unconditional love). Then one day, they will have no healing business because they will be free on the topic of disease. So they will help others to let go of their beliefs around disease. They will find something else that they want to do for a career. The healer door will close and another new and interesting door will open.

Here’s what I see that others don’t. When people let go of the beliefs that they were sold, they lose the division in their own minds; that division was programmed by society. This takes a while because its part of the fallen soul programming. You can’t fix a fallen soul by making it rise again with New Age beliefs. That’s why religion and spirituality have failed to change the world back to Eden. They are opposites on the triangle bottom. We are removing thousands of years of programming and beliefs from our minds in a much shorter span of time in initiation. Even in the ancient past it took ten plus years to get free. Some people spent their whole lives in initiation; they just wanted to avoid coming back to another fallen lifetime. So any progress is good progress. You will do initiation to the extent that you want to do it. Everyone has free will. I see my job as mainly letting people know what is possible.

What I share isn’t big in numbers. Initiation never has been, nor does it need to be. I’m not creating a group or a movement. I’m helping individuals unveil their True Self and finish their full-circle story in this lifetime if they want it. I’m unveiling creative leaders who aren’t wearing masks. If some of us can get back to the Tree of Life, then everything that is run by the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil (the occult) doesn’t exist anymore for us. But it still exists for others, and we love those others. So we will expose those false systems and eliminate them so that everyone can have freedom.

In an initiation story, the person often starts out as a healer or teacher (like the story of Jesus), but by the end of the story, they drop that false role. They realize that people don’t need to learn, nor do they need to be fixed. They just need to free their minds.

In initiation, we don’t need support from others to let go; but it sure is nice. Initiation can get lonely and boring if you don’t have a little company from time to time. But when you are someone who is helping people get free of the illusion, you become a threat to the people who want to keep it alive. That’s the crucifixion part of Jesus’s story. That’s where he lets go of the last clone character in his mind; and then he is a free man with the resurrection. It’s all clear when decoded.

Those who benefit by the typical backwards mindset are doing everything possible to keep this quiet. They have a lot to lose…or so they think. So they are confusing everyone today to keep their power. Discrimination is what allows us to see through their confusion tricks. In the illusion today, people don’t know who is good and who is trying to kill them. People don’t even know if they are men or women. There is a school in America that supposedly has a litter box in the bathroom because some kid in the school identifies as a furry…a cat. This is what happens when people only add to their minds and can’t let go.

The globalists have it far too easy. They are also good at lying, but only because they’ve come to believe their own lies. Then people believe them, and they get what they want. They only do their magick tricks because they work. They think that whatever is in their mind is true; they don’t discriminate. That’s why we must get rid of the globalist within our own mind. Our inner globalist is any part of our mind that believes something that is second cause. Jesus said it perfectly when he told us to take the mote out of our own eye first. Michael Jackson said it beautifully when he told us to work on the “Man in the Mirror.” Nearly everything that is in our minds is false. So when we persist, we eventually get to a quiet, peaceful mind. It’s not rocket science; it’s common sense.

So when I push people by exposing beliefs (or programming), there is always a push back at first from the people who held those beliefs in mind as true. Their clones want to keep their thrones. I feel it, and I have let go and stay in that infamous Step Three. That’s not easy. I have to stay in non-judgment and unconditional love even when they are doing their best to stop me. I’m not perfect with it. Try becoming feminine to someone powerful and letting go of everything they project. It’s like mentally climbing Mount Everest. If I lose that Step Three perception, I have to let go until I get it back. I don’t quit when I lose Step Three in initiation. I just go with whatever step I am on (generally Step One) and start moving back up the steps again. Fortunately, I don’t have a mind that does Step Two or 2.5, which is why I move back to the top of the triangle pretty quickly again.

When I’m back on Step Three, I always expose what I’ve let go to get there. That’s why whatever I write is original. Nothing I write is channeled. This article is an exposure of what I’m working on today. It’s what is being projected with regard to my websites.

In order to have freedom for all, everything that is hidden by the occult must be revealed. As I say in the Three Steps, when we soothe our minds with what I call Step 2.5 (popular among New Agers and people into self-help), we are hiding judgment underneath that pretty mask. So our mask might look beautiful on the outside, but it is only there to hide the ugly underneath it. Another word for mask is persona or “managing appearances.” Of course, psychologists have dealt with that, or so they think; they say that we hide our ugly shadow in our unconscious. Initiation is the cure for the unconscious mind. We have nothing to hide when we let go. So we don’t need an unconscious.

Right now, we are facing something collectively that I’ve tried to shift many times. But the pushback is always huge. Usually when I get to Step Three on a topic, it changes in the blink of an eye. But this time it isn’t switching because I’m still getting the pushback on this issue. This issue is the very thing that we all want most…love. But there is conditional and unconditional love. Love includes things like romance, chemistry, and lust. Those things are conditional love among souls with opposing polarities. I have discussed this as it relates to the path of Venus and the apple. I suggest that you read that article again. It’s exposing the occultists as the two-points up view of the five-pointed star (or what is known as Satan by the religious). The one-point up perspective is like the top of the triangle; that’s where we become unconditional love. The journey from two-points up love to one-point up unconditional love is the path of initiation in a nutshell.

You see, true unconditional love is the greatest power in the universe. It is our creative power. It’s the essence of our True Self. But occult creating, which includes things like positive thinking, positive emotions, visualization, memorization, energy movement, all spiritual practices, witchcraft, beliefs, medicine and all healing techniques, psychics and channels, special diets, word spells, astrology, tarot, expert knowledge, techniques for winning arguments, domination techniques, war games, etc., wants to stay alive. That’s how people get their false desires within the illusion. They give up true love and their true desires for false desires; and then they become lustful and overly sexual, which is why there’s so much pedophilia, porn, and sex addiction today. Such things are the effect of the two-points up conditional love, which is love that comes from the second-cause mindset.

People talk about unconditional love. But most people don’t live it. They can’t get to the top of the triangle without letting go. If they did let go and got to the top of the triangle, their problems would go away. I prove that all the time. However, the occult have tried to convince people that conditional love is the most powerful love. They call judgment discrimination and vice versa; they call that tough love. There is no such thing. In the end, unconditional love will win over conditional love.

But in a world of unconditional love, everyone has to give everyone else freedom to live as they want. Are you okay with that? I always ask people what they aren’t willing to give up. Often the answer is a person, a job, a relationship, a belief system, a practice, a pet, a home, etc. They don’t trust their True Self because they can’t remember their true desires. They don’t trust unconditional love. Hanging on to and controlling others is never unconditional love. It’s manipulation; it’s like that Serpent in the Garden of Eden.

Unconditional love starts in our mind; it means that we drop all expectations and desires that another person think like us or act like us. We stop wanting to receive from others, and we start giving mentally by letting go of every judgment we have of everyone in our life and eventually the entire collective illusion. Unconditional love is what causes the illusion to disappear. That’s why a true full-circle story always ends with the person finding unconditional love.

If another person only wanted to be in our life so that they could project on us, and we get back to unconditional love with them, they will often disappear for a while. That’s okay. We welcome them back when they decide to stop projecting and want join us in unconditional love. We might close the door, but we don’t lock it. Everyone will join the initiation train in time, but most will wait until it gets a lot easier.

So people might hate the illusion when it doesn’t work for them. But they have habits of thinking and the desire for approval or control that keeps them stuck in it. They want love, but they don’t want to be the first person to give unconditional love. It’s a funny thing with unconditional love, when we get there, we see what is behind the masks that everyone is wearing. That’s why those with big clone masks run away from us. They are afraid that we will see the secrets and lies that they are hiding. They don’t realize that we don’t even care what they are hiding. We just want to stop playing games with them.

If we suddenly returned to the Eden-like point of view tomorrow, people that we trusted and loved would suddenly not look so good. Those movie stars that we thought had it all would look like programmed robots. Every secret and lie that has been hidden would be revealed in the twinkling of an eye. This the real meaning of the apocalypse. People think of the apocalypse in a physical way today (as physical destruction); but if you go back to the Greek and Latin, it means to uncover. It means to remove the masks and reveal all the lies. That is what is happening today.

The masks are coming off of the people in power. But we have to stop believing their occult ways and thoughts when we see what they were hiding. Too often, I’m noticing that people are taking what the occultists were hiding and making it into their new beliefs. They want the power of the occultists; and that is a trap. This is why the illusion has lasted so long and has become so powerful once again. People think that the fake powers of the occult are true powers. I call that level confusion.

When I work with people, I tell them that anything can be solved in a relationship if we just keep putting all of our cards on the table. I mean that. Lying and keeping secrets never solved any relationship issue. All suffering on this planet started with a simple lie; and that lie has snowballed into an avalanche of lies. We know when someone is lying; we are hard-wired to feel emotion when we hear or think lies. But then we even made it mean to expose a lie or a secret. If you really love someone, put your cards on the table and tell them everything that you are hiding. Show them unconditional love and trust. That frees the relationship. That’s how you get a new beginning. If they can’t go there with you, you were wasting your time on that relationship anyway. It was bondage, not freedom.

Years ago, I painted the mask at the top of this article; and I wrote: “No matter how ornate your mask, your True Self is much more beautiful.” That became my North Star for what I do, and now we are on the cusp of that revelation or uncovering…the apocalypse. Initiation is about taking off our mask on our own terms; because if we don’t remove it, someone will rip the fucking thing off of us in time. The True Self will win the illusion game in the end. I can assure you of that.

There have been times when great things happened on earth; we see proof of that in ancient architecture that’s still standing today. During those times, there was a true leader. People were letting go of beliefs and rules because that was natural under a true leader’s vision. We were born knowing how to let go. But those times didn’t last because the occultists started working on a new plan to defeat us using their same old tricks. They gave people beliefs and false desires again just like the Serpent from thousands of years ago; and people started to follow them again. They turned away from the true leader because the false leader offered them freebies and the appearance of security or leisure time. Does that sound familiar?

The occultists gain lots of power once numbers of believers follow them. They don’t care what side of the occult the people are on because they sit above them on the clone throne. They don’t fight in the wars, they cause them and make money off of them. Over time, the illusion becomes very strong, it often looks like the end is near. We think that this time the occult will win. But they never do. However, they do change history so that we don’t know that they lost in the last apocalypse. When decoded the stories all say that the True Self wins in the end.

I know that I will win this battle, and my websites will come back. Maybe they will be in a different form, who knows. Let me assure you that a lot of very good things have happened during these seeming days of darkness where my sites have been up and down. Someone once said, “It is always darkest just before dawn.” When you want to quit letting go, just let go of one more thought and one more thought. Bringing about the end of suffering and unconditional love isn’t easy for any of us. So those of us who can let go have to do the heavy lifting right now. Nothing else can bring Heaven back to EARTH (note that EARTH and HEART share the same letters). Earth was meant to be a planet of unconditional love. Unconditional love produces effects that are win win for all. Unconditional love is a power that includes freedom, joy, peace, and health for all. I don’t know how to do anything else, and I’m not going to disappoint my five-year old self. So we’ll ride this wave until the seas become calm again.

The waiting that has been happening in the illusion has been trying for nearly everyone. People feel confused; they feel more than ever that they have lost security and comfort. They fear that their money will run out. Their fear of disease is at an all time high. They don’t know if the things they have depended on and the people they love will be there tomorrow. It’s a crazy time. They ask for help, and no has the answer. They pray for help, and no one answers their prayer. That’s what initiation looks like. What worked for us in the past no longer works. So we have to let go of our old ways of thinking so that new ideas can arise.

I do think that enough people see through the globalists, and they will soon become a memory. But that doesn’t mean that the earth is free of their way of thinking forever. The occult way of thinking will still be there; the Serpent will still work overtime to pull us into the next illusion with false promises. We have to become immune to such trickery. The occult way of thinking will be there until we decide that we aren’t settling for anything less than pure unconditional love. In ancient Egypt, there was a drawing of something called the “weighing of the heart ceremony.” I have a reproduction of it in my home. I love it because it is the secret to life in one very simple drawing. But it has been very wrongly interpreted by most people. It meant that only an initiate with a heart as light as a feather, meaning no second-cause beliefs and no judgment, was destined to lead. When that leader was in power as the visionary, earth would be like the field of reeds, or Heaven on Earth. It would be a creative paradise.

Who Am I? I’m A Creator, A Free Thinker…

 Who am I?

By Cathy Eck

Who Am I?

This is my last post for a while.  I assure you that everything you need to get mentally and emotionally free is on this site and Gateway to Gold.  But you have to work at it.  You have to want freedom more than you want air to get it.  Reread old posts; what you understand will change as you let go.  You’ll often think that I changed the material, but I probably didn’t.  You changed.  Letting go happens in layers.

Challenge your thoughts/beliefs, even if your mind is telling you with absolute certainty that what you’re experiencing or thinking is true.  Let go of positive beliefs, not just negative ones.  I talk about this in my article on the Triangle Process.  As you let go, you’ll answer life’s biggest question, “Who Am I?”   But don’t confuse what I’m saying with the eastern practice of asking that question over and over again.  My work has nothing to do with eastern teachings and practices.  People often get confused by that.  I didn’t understand this eastern confusion for a long time.  I had to mentor people who had it.  Then I put what I learned from working with them into the Gold Circle material.  They had what I call a True Self clone, and this was keeping them from letting go.  They learned the truth from some teacher or guru, or even studying someone’s writing intensely; and they put the learned truth into their false mind.  That blocked them from connecting with their real True Self.  Then they read and learned what I was saying like that would get them free.  They weren’t actually letting go.  They told themselves that learning was letting go.  It isn’t. You can’t learn your way to your True Self.

I didn’t have that issue; I had never been a follower.  I didn’t even have much of a persona.  I could never lie very well.  So I didn’t understand what was going on with these people.  But I did want to help them get free; I felt that their desire for freedom was sincere.  I had to go into their illusion to understand why they were so stuck.  That period of research and mentoring others became the Gold Circle.  The clone is the masculine part of our false mind that can pretend to be our True Self.  It learns how to sound like a True Self, but it isn’t the True Self.  Clones confuse a lot of people these days.  Most of those popular spiritual teachers and gurus are very strong clones and that means that they project a lot.  Religious leaders are also clones who project sin on their followers.  Also progressive politicians are very strong clones that project a whole lot on their followers.  Their followers don’t realize what is happening.  It’s cruelty masked as caring.

Thus people who follow them come to believe that they don’t know who they are when they actually do completely know who they are.  They simply took a projection from a so-called spiritual teacher or charismatic leader.  In the Gold Circle, I help people let go of the clone voices that they put in their minds, and they start to realize that they do know who they are.  I can’t stop these clones from doing what they do.  They have the right to do what they want.  But I can tell you how to get free of them; then you return to your True Self.  You don’t need their truth; you had it within you all along.

You didn’t arrive on earth wondering who you were.  You were curious and alive…a True Self.  You saw someone walking, you watched them, you took the risk, and you walked.  You heard people talk, and you learned to speak and matched words to objects, people, and experiences.  Learning and life were fun.  But you were never supposed to learn beliefs or get a belief system of any kind.

Recently, I heard on television that children’s brains are completely fired up until they start answering the question “I am…?”  They start creating a false identity, labeling themselves; and their brain appears to shut down.  As people get older they identify with their beliefs and their belief systems; they really start to shut down.  That is the start of what I refer to as the clone mind.  But I don’t talk about it much in the free material because it is very confusing.  Explaining the clone, and exposing popular clones, required that I put together a systematic way of approaching the subject.  It requires people to really want to do get free and not just be casual about letting go.  So the Gold Circle was born.

If you don’t have much of a clone, the free work will probably be all you need.  Either way, I require that people do my free work first, so do that and see if you are still stuck when you are done.  You need to already be letting go when you enter the Gold Circle.  I don’t teach the basics of letting go in that program.

That being said, I want to give you one big caution as you read my free work.  You were trained to learn and memorize what you read.  Stop IT!  Don’t learn what I’m saying.  I write to expose what is false.  I teach you how to let go by using your emotions and win-win logic.  Practice what I’m saying, and do it as you read.  Read slowly, and stop when you feel emotions; take the time to let go.  The more you practice, the easier it gets.  It’s a new way of using your mind and emotions.  It goes against what you have been trained to do.  Witness the emotions until you are free of that belief.  If you don’t know what I mean by witnessing, check out https://gatewaytogold.com/meditation-for-the-western-mind/.  Letting go can take minutes or days.  It depends on how much you’ve believed your beliefs in the past.  It depends how feminine you are to others.  It depends on how much you believe the clone voices in your mind.

Letting go is easy; the illusion is very complex.  Those who are winning in the illusion don’t want us to escape.  This project for me has taken a lot longer than I thought it would.  I had no idea that I would run into so many tricks and traps, but I did.  So I had to deal with what came up; and that is why Gateway to Gold has developed into my main site with different paid programs.  However, don’t disregard what I’ve published here.  No Labels No Lies is the meat and potatoes of letting go.  Keep working at it until you completely understand what I’m saying.

WTF?

People taught you to see what they saw.  You learned there was danger, suffering, problems, and disease.  You came to believe that you could get hurt, or you could hurt someone.  You learned to judge and compare.  This didn’t make sense, but you figured that those who came before you must know the truth.  They didn’t know the truth, they knew their beliefs; and they believed that their beliefs were the truth.

You were given the knowledge of good and evil (the shit that caused us to fall).  Good now had an opposite…EVIL.  You learned to hate and fear other humans.

We see what we hold in mind…what we believe.  How do we get back to who we once were?   It seems impossible.  Their beliefs appeared to get stuck in our minds.  How did that happen?  We asked, and they answered.  They gave us reasons for why we were stuck; and those reasons were all lies.

“You were born sinful.  Your memories of perfection are imaginary…visions of heaven.  Go to church to make sure you get to heaven when you die.”  What a crock of shit!  The east wasn’t any better…they gave you karma and a caste system.

Your character was slowly constructed.  You learned to be good and worthy so you could get a good-paying role in society and work hard.  “Life isn’t meant to be easy,” they say.

Knowledge consumed your mind.  Those who memorized the most knowledge got the best roles.  They’re called experts.  I call them clones.  Clones are great in the illusion; they are worthless once we want freedom.  Creative thinkers sound strange in the illusion.  Philosophers look lazy.  Artists starve.  Inventors can’t afford to create their inventions unless the inventions please “The Man.

Your pure thinking and true goodness was replaced by an illusion built of beliefs in which you were judged on your ability to blindly follow.  When you got to the point where you feared judgment enough, you turned away from your True Self.

A True Self is labeled evil by false selves.  The false self believes that creativity is for people with nothing else to do.  No one can see your thoughts anyway; it’s what you do that counts.  You conformed, but then you wondered, “Who Am I?”

Had Enough?

Maybe you attended workshops, saw therapists, and did processes and practices; yet you didn’t find the answer.  One day, you learned how to let go.  You let go of your beliefs regarding social protocol, religion, disease, problems, culture, and sin.  You released society’s rules from your mind.  You realized that others, even experts, had nothing to offer you anymore.  Slowly…you started to remember,  “I’m a creator.  What I think is what I become.”

Your problems came from accepting beliefs and then fixing the effects of those beliefs.  You finally knew which way to go.  You just had to keep letting go more and more until your mind was free.  But it is hard to trust such an insight.  No one is letting go.  Nearly everyone is learning…putting more crap in their mind.

TRUE and FALSE

The illusion runs on good/evil, right/wrong, or win/lose.  The illusion is false…powerless.  It’s believed by nearly everyone…but it isn’t real.  It’s projected from our collective beliefs.  You arrived with the truth, and you didn’t lose it.  You can’t screw up letting go.  You can’t let go of truth.  So you have nothing to lose by letting go, ever.

EMOTIONS MEAN FALSE

Any thought/belief that has an emotional component is false, even if the whole world believes it’s true.  Your mind desperately wants you to believe that thoughts that feel bad are true, but you fight that temptation.  You let those thoughts go.

WIN-WIN

Holy Shit!  You aren’t a fucking sinner.  The more you let go, the more you despise competition, oppression, and domination.  You’d never harm another.  You won’t even judge another anymore.  You realize that a true thought is win-win for everyone.  No belief system can be true.  Belief systems separate us.

MASCULINE AND FEMININE ROLES

You realize that those who have masculine (authority) roles make the rules.  The judging God was actually a human being…a false, power-tripping leader who imposed his illusion, where he wins and we lose, on everyone else in the name of God.  You don’t want to even play good roles in the illusion — they always harm someone.

PROJECTION

Leaders in false masculine roles often look like True Selves because they project their judgments and the unwanted half of their beliefs on to people in feminine roles.  You now see and hear the false masculine’s incongruence.  The leaders see enemies, evil, suffering, poverty, and disease because it’s inside of them.  It’s not true; it’s their illusion…their reality.  Underneath their mask is a powerless human who’s lost.  They’re pawns of the illusion fixing their own projections.  We should ignore them, not follow them.

PHYSICAL VS. MENTAL PERSPECTIVE

We were programmed to see a physically-focused perspective of reality which blinds and confuses us. We look at the quality of people’s doing and ignore their thinking.  Sadly, false thinking looks normal.  True good comes from a pure mind.  When our mind is impure, we can look good by doing the right things; but we aren’t truly good.

LET IT GO

The illusion told us that it could give us what we already were.  The illusion only lies.

When we can no longer stand the illusion, we let it go.  As we let go of the judgments, labels, beliefs, and knowledge/expertise, we’re left with the truth.  We remember who we are.  We’re creators who bring our ideas to life for the benefit of everyone.  Keep letting go; don’t stop until you get to freedom.  It’s your birthright.

Intuition or Inspiration: What’s the Difference?

Imagination vs. intuition

By Cathy Eck

Inspiration

I tell people to let go and follow their inspiration.  However, there’s often confusion around my words because most people think that inspiration and intuition are the same.

I never heard the word intuition growing up.  I did hear another word a lot — imagination.  “Cathy, get out of your imagination.”  No one understood imagination either.  We all have imaginary capacity.  But most people use it the wrong way.  They use it to fuel their fear by imagining problems, pain, and suffering.

We’re Creators

I can’t say enough that we’re born to be creators.  But I’m using the word creator in the truest sense, where we would only create things that were win-win for everyone.  All creating starts in our imagination.  We can use our imagination to create our unique heaven on earth, or we can use it to create hell.

I remember the first time I realized that.  My husband and I were visiting his parents, who took pride in their ability to worry about everything.  Often the very thing they worried about would end up happening to someone.  One day, I couldn’t take it anymore; I told them to stop it.  You see, when I or someone else reflected their worry, they didn’t take responsibility.  They’d say, “Oh, I just knew it.”   They acted like they were prophets; and that wasn’t the case.  Their worry was misused creative power, and they were projecting it out with a very strong force.

My in-law’s worry confused me because it was wrapped in nice intention.  It kind of looked like love or even compassion; my husband was sure it was love.  I could see that they thought my inability to worry was a major character defect.  My telling them to stop was rude.

When lost in the illusion, we forget that we have an imagination that creates our life.  We should all be quick to tell people to let go of their beliefs that cause fear and worry; but often, we feel that we must accept their beliefs.

This problem is caused by level confusion.  At their physical level of reality, my in-laws were caring.  But at the mental level of reality, they were creating shit in other people’s lives.  I was attempting to free their victims although it would be years before I’d understand how to explain letting go.  Letting go of our fearful thoughts is truly compassionate; when we see this, we’re on the fast track to freedom.

Intuition Versus Inspiration

So many people think that their fearful thoughts and dreams are premonitions.  They don’t let them go; they spread them like viruses.  All fearful thoughts are false!

But let’s say a thought pops into your mind, and it feels calm and good.  Is it inspiration or intuition?  Inspiration happens when you’re exiting the illusion.  Inspiration moves you toward your spirit or True Self.  To get inspired thoughts, you need to have your navigational destination set on freedom.  You want your mind to be looking for exits.

Most people have set the direction of their mind on getting rich, getting approval, or winning; they want to do well inside the illusion.  They use intuition.  Tuition, you might notice, is a word associated with money and knowledge; in-tuition would be within knowledge or beliefs.

I once took a class on intuition, “Intuition for Business People.”  They told us to ask questions and then take what we got as the answer.

What they didn’t teach was discrimination because they didn’t have any.  They just assumed that if our mind said it, it was right.  Psychics say they do readings this way.  They trust what their mind gives them.  Kanye West said this is why he runs on stage at the Grammies; his mind tells him too.  People do dumb fucking things when they trust their mind blindly.  Many even think that God is guiding them — that’s how religions were invented.

Letting Go

I do tell people to do exactly what the psychics and intuitives do.  “Ask a question.  Don’t put answers in your mind, and just see what arises.”  The difference is that I tell them to let go of what arises.  Intuitives believe everything they get.  My “intuitive” friends never give good advice.  Their answers are only useful for those in the illusion.  This confused me.  I often felt bad for constantly rejecting their advice.

Intuition is the ability to maneuver among your beliefs and knowledge.  Intuitives have a good mental database manager that can find the best solution within their limited world view.  They do not get original information; nor do they get information that’s going to free anyone — that’s what inspiration does.

If you want to live from beliefs, follow your mind completely; and life kind of works. You keep putting more knowledge into your mind so you appear to have more options for the intuition to pick from. That’s why people become addicted to learning.

All knowledge was once someone else’s inspiration.  But knowledge is memorized.  When our mind is trained to look to memory for answers, it ignores inspiration completely.  We can’t find our creativity.

If you want to find your True Self, you allow your mind to speak; then you let go of whatever it says as untrue. You reduce the beliefs and knowledge in your mind until you’re completely clear.  Once you let go of all that false data, you discover concepts and ideas that are original, unique, and powerful.  You stop fearing and worrying.

Intuition is like a car with a decent, not great, navigator.  Inspiration, however, is like having the bird’s eye view of the entire world.  You can see everything; so you make choices from the knowing that you’re creating the perfect route and the perfect destination.  It’s only inspiration that will show you the exits to the illusion.  Intuition will just keep circling you round and round the desert in a nice, comfortable car.  And that car will run out of gas one day.

God’s Slave and Religious Extremism Exposed

God's Slave

By Cathy Eck

God’s Slave

I recently saw a phenomenal movie at the San Diego Jewish Film Festival called “God’s Slave.”  I doubt that it will ever get wide distribution so my commentary is going to include a spoiler alert.  It wouldn’t have ruined it for me to know the entire true story.

It seemed like a crazy coincidence to see this movie just after my father sent me some Republican propaganda, which of course explained how Muslims deserve to be hated and feared.  The writer was clearly caught in his extreme fear of terrorism.  I told my dad that I neither hated nor feared Muslims.  The discussion ended at that point.

Hate and Fear

Hating and fearing others actually perpetuates the illusion.  This is why Jesus said not to judge others and to love your enemy.  It’s not spiritual advice.  It’s practical.

Our false mind tells us that hating, judging, fighting, or criticizing our enemy will somehow make things right.  But that doesn’t work and never has.  When we hate or judge someone, we’re in our false masculine mind focusing on our own projection.  When we love our enemy or let go of our beliefs about our projection, it disappears.  Love and truth are the most perfect healing forces, they dissolve what’s false and leave what’s true.  You can never go wrong with unconditional love.

Fear of the false God made him into the illusion’s superstar.  Fear generates emotion; the illusion feeds off of emotion.  When people stop fearing God or fighting over who’s God is the real God, the whole thought form will dissolve.

My dad’s ridiculous email started off with a very strange line.  It said, “Muslims believe Allah, a moon God.”  Now I don’t know if Allah was originally a moon god or not, and it’s not important.  The person writing the email was Christian; Christians have a fake God too, but they think their God is true.  Jesus was considered a Sun God.  Yahweh was most likely a sky/storm God.  But calling Allah a “moon” God got me thinking.  The Muslim religion is a religion of submission — that’s a feminine quality, like the moon.  If we hate and fear anything in the feminine role, we get fear and hate back.  The feminine is reflective, like a mirror.  So how can you blame the feminine?   You can’t.  What this Christian email writer was saying, without realizing it, was that Christians have created a mean ass projection, a big enemy; and they won’t let go.  They’d rather fear, die, and fight their own reflection.  How stupid is that?  It’s real stupid, but the Christian church has been doing that for ages.

The correction to this problem is so easy.  However, this is the problem with the false masculine role.  It sees it’s reflection in the feminine role; and then blames the feminine.  It breaks the mirror when all it has to do is let go.

Religious Extremism

In “God’s Slave,” the main character’s parents were murdered as a young child.  He becomes a slave of the system, and they groom him to become a suicide bomber.  He’s told that the best life comes after suffering, which is not any different than the Christian notion of heaven after suffering on earth.  He’s told to go live a normal life until he’s called.  This is also no different than Christians waiting for the call.  And he’s told that being a martyr is the ultimate.  Of course, Jesus was a martyr.  So it quickly becomes apparent that Christians and Muslims share the same ridiculous beliefs.  Let go of these core beliefs, and the battle ends.  You won’t fight when you don’t believe in suffering, when you know who you are, and when you realize Jesus was an initiate, not a martyr.

Eventually, the protagonist gets the call.  By this time, he’s married and has a child who he loves very much.  He’s got a sweet, compassionate side to him.  But he’s a slave to his handler, his authority, who is a slave to the false God.

He leaves his wife and child and reports for duty.  They have no idea that he’s about to become a martyr.  He’s strapped with explosives and gets in a car filled with explosives.  He is to drive to a synagogue.  But when he reaches the synagogue, which is filled with people, he’s stopped by a young child who is standing in front of his car and won’t move.  He gets out of the car, picks up the child, and hands him to his father.  And in that compassionate, caring act, his brainwashing cracks; he remembers his own child, who is about the same age.  He remembers love; and he aborts the mission.

His handlers are going to kill him as punishment.  They say he has disappointed Allah.  He calmly replies, “No Allah didn’t ask me to kill, you did.”   That’s the realization of someone who has seen the illusion for what it is.  They realize that they’re being controlled by humans, not God.  It’s the key to freedom and the gateway to heaven on earth.

Life as a Movie

Each of our lives is like that movie, and we have been brainwashed by our handers to believe the movie we live in is true when it’s really just an illusion.  We’re all slaves to other humans who call us into roles.  But love and compassion cracks our programming.

Like the suicide bomber, our mind was programmed to think we’re being punished or rewarded by God.  We break free when we realize that humans are controlling us, punishing or rewarding us — not God.  We aren’t free until we say “No” to our handlers and take back our free will.  Then we can use the power of truth and unconditional love to dissolve the illusion that has imprisoned us.  We can start allowing our own True Self to write the script for our life.  The protagonist of “God’s Slave” was not killed; he was free.

Being Truly Good by Eliminating Good and Evil

Good vs. Good and Evil

By Cathy Eck

Illusion Confusion

Good and evil rests at the core of the illusion.  Often it takes on a different form, like positive and negative; but ultimately, judging another as negative means that we’re seeing negativity as evil.  Good and evil was the way humans gave God an opponent to battle.  God originally represented our perfect True Self; therefore, the opponent of God is our OWN false self projected out into the world.  The final battle isn’t in the outer world.  It’s in our mind.  It’s initiation.

The confusion around good and evil causes so many problems.  People genuinely want to be good.  They really do.  There’s a reason for that; they were born good, and some part of their mind remembers their True Self.  We arrive with no opponent.  Good’s opposite arises when we accept another person’s notion of good — their rules or morals.  Rules tell us how to be good according to an outer system.  Rules deny the innate goodness of people.  That’s why most of my readers hate them.  Once we accept that being good is following outer rules even if they sound like the truth, we also now hold within the possibility of evil or badness if we disobey those outer rules.

We also have experts giving us rules for how to be healthy, how to be spiritual, how to be social, and how to be successful.  The result is that health, spirituality, social acceptance, and success have gotten harder — not easier.  We live in a bubble of experts determined to keep our natural wisdom and truth under wraps.  And often our truth is screaming in our mind, but we feel paralyzed if we try to speak it.  We’re so well trained to look outside for answers.

Fear of Judgment

When I first saw the illusion within myself, I felt like a backed-up sewage system.  I was no longer passing on my beliefs to others because I knew they were false.  But others didn’t stop demanding my obedience to their beliefs and rules.  This created a long and grueling awkward phase.  I couldn’t figure out how to escape this prison.

I could no longer obey their rules because I knew were false and limiting.  But disobedience resulted in judgment.  I hated being judged by those who still thought their rules were valid and good.  My discrimination felt worthless in a world where no one else was discriminating.  In fact, it seemed that my discrimination just got me into trouble with nearly everyone.

As we move toward freedom, we meet the same or similar experiences and feel the same emotions we felt and did not let go earlier in life.  We are slowly releasing beliefs.  The illusion shrinks each time we succeed in letting go until nothing is left.

Our fear of judgment probably came from the ancient act of cursing.  In earlier times, people believed that another person’s words or evil eye could take them down.  We all have a deep fear of other humans within us, especially if they are envious or angry.  The winners of the illusion play on this.  When we’re afraid, we’re easily controlled.

Many people adopt another belief like, “I don’t care what they think of me.”  Some work on their reputation and create a great looking mask.  Signs and symbols came out of the fear of expression, not truth.  We all have fear of beliefs and believers, which ultimately results from the foundation belief that the truth is less powerful than a belief system.  We think our love and truth is not enough in this world to keep us safe.  But if you let go enough, you’ll see that’s not true.

This all got worse with the positive thinking movement.  People said that words had power; and that’s true.  But most people’s words are not empowering; this only resurrected our fear of people, especially believers.

Psychological Reversal Again

The issue always comes back to the basic psychological reversal around emotions.  When people are sucked into the illusion, they think that something that feels bad IS true.  In the illusion, war, disease, poverty, and evil are all considered true and unavoidable — yet they all feel horrible.

When a resident of the illusion judges us, and it does feel bad to them, they don’t reject the thought; they act on it.  They want us to change, and often we do.  If we can’t beat them, we’ll join them.

I first came to understand this with my own children.  I’d notice something in them that I didn’t like — it looked very real AND I felt emotion.  If I mentioned it to them, they had no clue what I was talking about.  So I’d take responsibility and just let it go.  After awhile, I realized that I was seeing my own fears projected on them.  I let go from the masculine role until the problem I saw disappeared — it always did.  I did not make them responsible for my emotions.  Then I could see their perfection.

This is the sticking point of the illusion that traps us all.  Others think we’re causing their emotions with our disobedience.  They try to get their emotions to stop by changing their projection.  It doesn’t work EVER!  The projection isn’t the cause.

Now I understand what people were doing to me.  Being our True Self forces other people’s beliefs to surface; when this happens the false self goes into blame mode.  I used the feminine method of letting go in myself until I realized that they’re false thinking has no power to harm me.  If I stay in truth, and don’t judge them back, they back off.  In truth, beliefs only affect believers.  But rebelling against believers gets us stuck in their illusion.

Eventually, the concept of good and evil dies a natural death.  There’s no apocalypse, no buildings collapse — nothing physical needs to change.  The illusion was just a perspective.  Good and evil disappear; only true good remains as it was in the beginning.

Time: Good or Evil

Right place and right time

By Cathy Eck

Time — Hijacked by the Illusion

I’ve known people who stopped wearing watches because they hated time but then drove everyone crazy by constantly asking for the time.  Their behavior created the appearance of freedom; but it’s actually harder to ask someone for the time than to just look at our watch.  Some rebel against time by showing up when they want.  Those of us who aren’t rebelling against the clock, waste our time waiting for them.  People like to make time the bad guy when it’s really our beliefs about time that are the problem.

Many teachers talk about transcending time.  They’re usually the same ones that like to float above their reality.  I once got an email from someone wanting to know if I could help him time travel so he could be with his lost lover again.  People try to outsmart or manipulate time because they view it as a prison.  Time is a constraint; but it doesn’t have to limit our freedom if we keep it in the realm of first-cause creation.

Nature shows us first-cause time.  Day and night and the seasons are natural, but equal, constraints.  If we’re in tune with the earth, we’ll know when to plant or harvest.  We’ll find our rhythm in the earth’s cycle. If we synchronize with Mother Earth’s clock, we won’t be near the ocean when the tsunami arrives.  You see this with animals.  No one needs to give a beluga whale, a grey squirrel, or a red robin a calendar or a warning signal.  But humans have something that animals don’t…false minds.  Our false minds destroy our natural connection to the planet.  In fact, our false mind tells us that it will keep us safe when it actually put us in danger.

A long time ago, we fell; and our prize was a brand spanking new false self/mind.  Our seeming fall could have been a graceful trip down the river to a more creative material world.  We simply gained a cool conscious outer perspective.  We could now divide our thoughts into opposites, musical notes, and colors.  We could hold memories and ideas in mind and manifest them in the material world.  This was the coolest thing ever invented.  We each had a mind of our own.  We were all capable of first-cause creation — created mentally in the image and likeness of the Creator.  Time and space were just part of our tool box.  They made life interesting.

Time and space created different points of view depending on our location.  Stories were extracted out of the night sky; and different people saw different animals, superheroes, Gods, and Goddesses.  This became astrology, which is a function of the location and time that we’re born.

Second-Cause Creation

Second-cause creation made story more interesting with drama and judgment.  Some personality qualities were good and some were bad.  Some actions were good and some bad.  Some people had good astrological charts and some had charts that sucked.  We also added the elements of authority, roles, and evil.  Controlling space and time was now used to gain power over others.

Second-cause creation utilized history (his story) where time and events became very specific and intricately linked.  We were told to memorialize dates from the past.  We couldn’t just naturally let go of the past anymore.  We were told when to work and when to play.  And since we held on to the past, the past kept repeating.  Our future was now driven by what we held in mind — our memories and rigid beliefs.

We were seduced into giving up our independent notion of time because we were given planned gatherings, festivals, holy days, and holidays.  Those were our rewards.  Such fun times were used for the same purpose that a rapist grooms his future victim.  The victim loves the candy and attention, but doesn’t realize that the excitement they feel means that something bad is coming.  The non-holidays came to feel like punishment because that’s when we had to do the hard work.

Ancient astrologers/astronomers were called Wise Men.  They worked for the royals; they could read the stars.  They decided who would rise to power and who would be a slave.  They wrote the stories of the illusion.  They said that the stars determined our fate, not our thoughts.  We were no longer the creator of our life.  We now had a role in a grand story that we were told God wrote, when it was really written by the Wise Men.

Religions created calendars to synchronize people.  Controlling time helped to control people.

Returning to First Cause

Rebelling and throwing out calendars and clocks isn’t the answer.  We simply have to get back to first-cause thinking about the calendar — use it for convenience and coordination.  It’s a tool, not a God to worship.  We have to recognize that our mind creates our life, not our star signs or “the man.”  A calendar can give us a useful construct, but the date on the calendar should not tell us what to do, what to say, or how to be.  We are free when we do what we’re inspired to do everyday.

Breaking free of the traditions, rituals, and organized events of the illusion can be quite a challenge.  We can look like a real party pooper if we don’t do the inner work first.  In my experience, as my mind returned to first-cause regarding the calendar, people just worked in harmony with me.  I didn’t have to make a grand statement that time was evil.  Coordinating became pretty natural.  I didn’t have to fight the calendar to the death.  I just started living as if every day was a holiday.

We only need to remove our beliefs about time from our mind.  Then time serves us instead of us serving time.  Prisoners are said to serve time; and when we live in the illusion, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

The False Masculine Trick: The Punishing God

False masculine

By Cathy Eck

Adam and Eve

The key myth that pervades western religious thinking is Adam and Eve.  After their little apple incident, they were punished.  We’re erroneously left with the impression that Eve was completely to blame.  Poor victim Adam got dragged down with her.  We accept that God has the right to reward and punish them forever.  Welcome to the illusion!

The story appears to be about men and women, our ancestors.  After a talk on a cruise ship, a man told me that he traced his entire ancestry back to Adam and Eve.  He gave me a copy.  He was Mormon; he’ll believe anything.  He also told me that his friend was chosen to sacrifice himself for the Mormons; he died shortly after.  He thought his friend was special.  I would’ve labeled him gullible.

Like this man, we get tricked into believing illusions — stories that make God into a supernatural he-man.  He has a man cave extraordinaire in the clouds with a golden throne; he sits around all fucking day judging, punishing, cursing, and envying his crappy little minions.  People became afraid of this God because he told leaders to kill their enemy.  Their emotions should have told them their leader was lying, but we all make the same error when terrorized.  We get psychologically reversed to obey false Gods and false leaders.  We think they’re powerful when in truth they’re very weak; that’s why they’re lying.  Dah!

In time, Adam and Eve’s story became so incredibly powerful and widely accepted that no one questioned it.  We look at the world and see people hating, judging, and punishing in the name of God; we don’t realize that religious beliefs are the cause because we think religion has the truth (at least our religion does).  When people worship a false God of hate, judgment, and reward and punishment, they become that.  Then they cover what they’ve become with a mask.

You might say, “Holy shit, this false God guy actually sounds like my parents.”   We tend to construct our false God in the image and likeness of our parents.  Mom and dad are both masculine roles to children.  Moses did this too.  He projected his false God out on his followers, but his God was really his mom and dad inside of his own mind.  People become the same sort of authority they learned from as children.  Bullies have already been bullied.

If we realize that our parent’s judgments, ridiculous disciplinary measures, and lack of trust in our True Self was false, we let ourselves off the hook.  We don’t say our parents did the best they could.  We recognize that they were tricked; we no longer believe them.  We no longer accept their judgment or punishment.  We’re no longer limited by their false thinking.  Their imaginary role in our life loses its false power.

Masculine and Feminine

Adam and Eve isn’t about a man and woman.  It’s a story about roles.  This story replaced the original purpose of our false self, which was to hold information and short-term beliefs necessary for creation.  Now our false self holds the template for false roles that support a blindly obedient society where the majority function as slaves in support of few elite.

We now accept that the masculine role has the right to judge, punish, curse, and envy without the natural punishment of feeling emotions.  We feel no emotion when we think, say, or do something false once we hold false beliefs as the truth.

This created the psychological reversal extraordinaire that causes people to believe religion (it isn’t a gene).  A normal person, without this reversal, would feel emotion when they judge, suicidal when they punish or curse, and sad when they envy another.  They’d avoid the false masculine role because it’s too damn emotionally painful.  But avoiding the masculine causes us to get stuck in the feminine role with no way out — the double bind (catch 22).  It sucks.  The illusion offers no exit to freedom.  It doesn’t hold the possibility of the True Self because the True Self is the natural blend of the masculine and feminine (God and Goddess).

As people let go, they no longer believe authority figures.  They view them as false, not powerful.  They realize that feeling emotion (honoring their feminine) when a leader speaks means the leader is speaking false; they don’t obey them.  Eventually, they boot out religion’s false God and Moses; they can’t worship false leadership.

They move naturally into the masculine role.  But, they must catch their own false God within, or they will become the false masculine they hated.  Most people have an inner false masculine who’s very accomplished at projection.  We don’t realize when we’re in the false masculine role because we feel relief from leaving the feminine role.  We think we’re our True Self.  We’re not!

This is why it’s so hard for people to get free.  The false masculine feels a lot better than the oppressed feminine role; but it isn’t freedom.  It’s what creates teachers, preachers, inspirational speakers, and gurus.  They believe that if everyone thought like them, the world would be perfect.  The True Self wants everyone to be themselves.  The True Self doesn’t want followers.  The psychological reversal of the false masculine causes us not to feel emotions when judging, rewarding and punishing, or envying others.  The false masculine thinks it’s right when it’s false.  In fact, the false masculine hates the True Self because truth exposes it.  The truth sets us free of the false masculine!

When we understand this, we understand Jesus words on the cross, “Forgive them for they know not what they do.”  The false masculine has no idea it’s projecting.  On the cross means stuck in the feminine role; some people spend their entire life on the cross as martyrs or victims.  The false God loves a good sacrifice; it’s his entertainment while he smokes his cigar, drinks his brew, and counts his money on his golden throne.

The Game: Falling In and Digging Ourselves Back Out

Game

By Cathy Eck

Tricks and Traps in The Game

You just dug yourself out of a big false self trap after feeling emotions and listening to your false repeat crappy beliefs and criticism for days.  Now you’re sailing again.  You feel like your True SELF.

Then suddenly, you feel that all too familiar confusion.  You feel emotion in your body again, maybe even panic or pain.  Your mind is looking for reasons.  Ah shit!  You thought you’d finally made it out, and now you’re right back in the poop soup again.

I know it sucks.  But in this moment, it won’t do any good to get frustrated, impatient, or angry.  You just fell in to the illusion again, and you have to dig yourself out.  There are seemingly endless tricks and traps on the way out of the illusion.  You will meet and defeat them all.  That’s initiation!

The True Self is patient.  It’s immortal.  Today, tomorrow, next year, next life…it’s all the same.

But try as I do to get people to just let go and get back to their True Self, they always want reasons for the big question: “Why did this happened to me?”  Reasons take us outward; freedom requires going inward.  However, giving our mind a logical reason can sometimes help forward movement.  Letting go of the reasons you hear in your mind (like God is punishing you) always helps.  Here are a few useful reasons that will keep you in the game.

Reasons The False Trapped Your Ass Again

1) You just accepted a feminine role to a false masculine, and that person caused you to accept their beliefs.

2) You heard someone say something that sounded good, true, or positive (like a teacher, guru, preacher), and you accepted their positive statement without noticing the emotion that came with it.  We’re trained to be in our mind, to be good students that take in what the teacher says without discriminating, and so we miss the invaluable signals our body senses give us.  Besides, when we get truth from another, it’s no longer truth; it’s knowledge.  Let other people’s truth go and find your own truth.

3) Your false self felt sympathy for another instead of compassion.

4) You just got competitive and choose sides or needed to win.  Freedom is an individual game.

5)  You presumed another couldn’t meet you at the True Self level, and so you became something acceptable to them.  You united with the lowest common denominator — the one with the most rigid beliefs.

6)  You feared the judgment or punishment of another.  So you did what they told you to do.

7)  You looked for a reward or looked to see if a problem went away yet.  If you have to look for results or rewards, you aren’t trusting your True Self yet.  Keep letting go.

8)  You didn’t trust your quiet inspiration.  Instead you followed expertise, social norms, or knowledge.

9)  Your mind is saying, “Who are you to do this?”  “This is too hard.”  “Cathy is a dumb fuck with a big imagination.” “Cathy wants you to accept her belief system.”  or “Emotions are bad; I don’t want to feel them.”  I offer you one belief that you need to get free:  “You can let all beliefs go.  You don’t need them.”  Everything I write supports that one belief because you need it to get free.  When you’re free, you’ll drop that ONE belief because you won’t need it, and I won’t look like a dumb fuck with a big imagination anymore.

10)  You saw someone else’s reality and thought, “This could happen to me.”  You must remain an impartial voyeur of other people’s lives.  If what they’re living brings up emotion, let go of your belief in that potential.  Their beliefs are creating their reality.  This is easier after you take responsibility for your own mind; you see that everything has a mental cause.

11)  Someone said you hurt them or didn’t support them; and you believed them.  Only the false self can be hurt; and only the false self needs support.  If you need others to support you, you’re listening to your false self.  Enjoy supporters if they come, but don’t need them.  Let them go.

12)  You have direction confusion.  You read this blog because you want freedom — you want to be your True Self and live from win-win.  It feels good when you think toward freedom and bad when you imprison yourself with beliefs.  But a religious person wants to be good according to dogma.  They feel good when obedient and bad when they disobey.  Someone who wants to win will feel great when they win and like shit when they lose.  We set the direction for our mind.  We don’t have the right to set the direction for other’s minds.  And they don’t have the right to set the direction for our mind.

13)  You followed excitement or emotions outward instead of inward — such as following romance, hope, or lust!

14)  You’re trying to figure out someone else’s mind instead of discriminating in your own.  Their mind is their problem.  Your mind is your problem.

It’s a Game

The collective illusion has gotten very tricky, especially since the addition of self-help and the New Age.  Knowing the tricks makes it easier to win the game.

See your quest for freedom as a giant video game.  You beat one level, and then you have to confront a more difficult level.  At some point, you win the game; or you die.  So what, you just start a new game.  If you watch people play video games, this is their attitude.  They feel good playing because that’s the attitude of our True Self.  Life is a game — an individual sport.  We enter into this big dangerous arena filled with beliefs (lies), and some of us figure out how to discriminate and beat the game. The prize is freedom, living as our True Self, and fulfillment of our desires (without anyone else having to lose).  It’s a great game — worth playing.

Who’s Writing Our Story?

Happily Ever After

By Cathy Eck

One of the best ways to learn about life is to study stories.  Reading fiction, devouring biographies, and immersing myself in movies has taught me so much.  But to mine wisdom from stories, we must discriminate between true and false, feel our emotions, and understand roles.

Story writing mirrors what goes on within our minds during the creative process.  The True Self is the father and the physical world is the mother; the child is our story (the effect).  In order to have interesting stories, it’s necessary to go beyond the purely win-win nature of the True Self.  The mother does this by dividing thought without judgment (called first-cause creation or wisdom).  Second-cause creation happens when a false masculine role divides thoughts in a judgmental way — win/lose, good/evil, etc.  This is referred to as knowledge.  A perfectly crafted story starts in the True Self, filters through the knowledgeable false self, and emerges into the physical world.

Desire

A story falls flat if the protagonist doesn’t want anything.  Some protagonists have a True Self desire like finding unconditional love, peace of mind, or freedom.  But other protagonists have desires such as serving their country, revenge, or getting rich.  These are stories without an exit from the illusion.  However, occasionally what looks like a false outer desire is actually a metaphor for the part of the person’s True Self (inner desire) that they think they’ve lost.  Ancient stories are nearly always this way, and companies like Disney are masters of this formula.

If we have a strong desire, we contain the necessary feminine wisdom within to fulfill that desire (alchemical marriage).  But often, we look to masculine knowledge/beliefs for the answer (labeled as two men sleeping together in the ancient world).  Desire and fulfillment are side-by-side until we introduce beliefs/knowledge.

Beliefs

A great story is a dance between unrelenting desire and the obstacles that keep it from being fulfilled.  Beliefs give birth to obstacles.  The more beliefs we have, the more obstacles between us and our desire.  It’s a simple formula.  But if the obstacles are too complex, we’ll give up.  The ultimate giving up is dying.

One could make a strong case that the purpose of life is to be dropped into a physically oriented world where everyone wants us to play a part in an unsatisfying collective production instead of playing the lead role in our own production.  Following authority figures and accepting their beliefs casts us into a role in the collective story; it keeps us from living our story.  Until we wake up…

First Act

Our unrelenting desire is formed early in our story.  Something in life goes off track, or we accept a big belief system; now we have a desire to get back to our True Self.  This is called the inciting incident.  We might have a huge life-changing loss, or we might have a slow deterioration of our desire until it appears unattainable.  When the desire has lost it’s spark, we’ve abandoned our personal story.   We’re lost in the illusory maze.

Once we write off our desire, our story changes from an interesting screenplay with a strong theme to a long, dull ridiculously dramatic soap opera.  That’s the illusion.  We go from drama to drama without any real conclusion.  Drama can even become addictive since it relieves boredom; and the illusion is very slow and boring.

Second Act

In the second act, we meet obstacles created by the beliefs we accepted from authority.  We thought the illusion was going to be fun; it’s actually filled with problems and suffering.  Our false self was meant to be a creative container, but now it’s filled with knowledge and beliefs.   We fit it and even accept what is… UNTIL… we come to a cliff, and our enemy is right behind us — we must j-u-m-p.  We must let go in order to live; part of our false self must die in order for our body to continue to live.  This is often the theme of a great exit story.  Death or facing death forces us to let go.

If we won’t drop our beliefs, we’ve got a serious story problem.  We’re stuck in the second act.  We’re seeking, which is trying to find something within the illusion that only exists outside of the illusion.  Sound familiar?   We’ll try to change the illusion’s story to something nicer or create false exit doors.   But, only the author of the story can change it; they have the masculine role.  We might even pretend to be satisfied, but we aren’t; acceptance is often apathy in disguise.

Take the Jesus story.  Christians massacred the real ending, which was that we all find the Christ (True Self) within; and they changed it to Jesus returning.  But he never does.  Even if he did, they’d kill him because they hate the True Self.  Jesus, to a Christian would look like the part of themselves that they view as evil — the part that won’t obey their rules.  The people who read my blog have often played the role of Jesus to a believer; and the believer crucified them.

Third Act

As we move toward our True Self by letting go, we gain the masculine role in our lives.  We realize that all the characters in our life are actually in our OWN mind.  We must ask:  Which characters advance our story?  Which ones are nothing but an obstacle?  The obstacles have to lose their false power (become supporting cast) or leave the story.

Imagine that you’re a really lost character.  You might invent a wise helper character to play with, like Merlin to Arthur.  Or you could create a transformative experience, like Buddha.  Or you could find the mysterious blog that shows you how to let go of your beliefs and unlock your desires.  You see if you’re here, you’re working on that third act; and now you have the tools to create a great ending — a real, eternal happily ever after.

Letting Go Isn’t Therapy or Self-Help

Phoenix Rising out of ashes

By Cathy Eck

Letting go is natural.  But we’ve been trained to use our minds in a very unnatural way to keep the illusion alive.  It all began with the all-pervasive psychological reversal, the belief that a thought is true if it generates emotions.  It caused us to believe in emotionally heavy problems, injustice, war, suffering, and disease.  Once we believe these things exist, we see them.  Without that psychological reversal, all unwanted things would disappear.  Instead of healing the psychological reversal, we try to prevent our fears from manifesting, try to make peace with what we’ve already manifested, and try to release all the emotions we’ve generated.

Therapy and Self-Help

In therapy, people talk about their problems.  They go back to their past to understand what happened or to discover why they feel like they do.  They justify their emotions or train themselves to no longer feel them.  Therapy rarely invokes letting go.

During my early research days, I often turned on the Dr. Phil show in the afternoons for a break.  I thought it would support my efforts.  It didn’t.  It created unrelenting emotions within me.  Dr. Phil projects his moral, religious viewpoint into the world — right and wrong, good and evil.  He fixes his massive projections on the show.  He sees a reward-and-punishment world.  He believes the past creates the future.  As I moved toward my True Self, my body signaled the error in his divided point of view.  I came to realize that Dr. Phil only felt emotion when he was bad according to the Christian definition of good and bad; I felt emotion around both sides of the bottom of the triangle.

In self-help, people put ice-cream on their manure.  They get their anger out, or they make peace with their shadow.  If you let go, you no longer have anger or a shadow.  You don’t need the ice cream.  In self-help, people try to drop their ego, but they don’t even know what their ego is.  Most are trying to drop their True Self.  Trying to fix ourselves hasn’t worked because we aren’t broken.

I can explain anything that happened to anyone in five words:  “THEY FELL INTO THE ILLUSION.”  Nothing can happen to any of us without first accepting an illusory belief or putting a false self above us as our authority.

Therapy and self-help rarely find the causal belief because they’re focused on causal incidents.  They falsely assume that our emotions come from actions, events, and trauma.  They don’t realize that our emotions come from our own beliefs or believing another’s thoughts; we start accepting beliefs in our mother’s womb.  It looks like we’re born with original sin.  We might get the fallen illusory viewpoint early in life, but it isn’t who we truly are.  I suspect that’s why babies come out screaming.

When we’re truly free of a past belief, we recognize how we perpetuated it.  Every time the belief entered our conscious mind, we felt emotion.  We believed that the nervous agitation meant the thought/belief was true.  So we ran from it.  We didn’t turn and face it and say, “You are not true.”  Humans might face fears on the outside by doing dangerous activities or telling their wife they had an affair; but they rarely face their fears on the inside where it truly matters.

Therapy creates comfort in the illusion.  When the illusion’s drama gets too hot, therapy cools things down.  Self-help helps us win.  When we feel defeated, self-help beefs up our will.  Occasionally, therapy or self-help cause someone to let go; but it’s usually an accident.

Drama

To create drama, we think false thoughts.  When those thoughts manifest, we blame others.  We avoid responsibility for our minds and creations.  We keep our focus outward.  We even expect others to fix our emotions.

Mom feels lonely; she wants us to visit.  She thinks she has no purpose; she’s not loved.  She’s memorializing the past.  She’s repeatedly thinking false thoughts that generate emotion.  If she let them go, she wouldn’t need us to fix them.  The people in our life don’t realize that their emotions are caused by their own thinking.  When we let go, we find out how codependent we really were.  We find out why we weren’t living our life.

The Dreaded Plateau

Therapy and self-help are attractive because they don’t discriminate between true and false.  People often plateau in initiation because they want to keep someone else on the hook, they don’t want to let go of their projections, or there’s a part of the illusion they like.  They want the criminal punished.  They’re sure their child is lazy.  They don’t want to let go of competition because they think it makes sports fun.  They love Christmas and look forward to the excitement of the holidays.  They want the money their traditional medicine career provides.  They love going to self-help workshops.  They fear losing their hot boyfriend.  All of their friends are Christian.  Therapy and self-help don’t put such things at risk, but letting go does.  Or so we think…

We don’t have to give up anything outer by letting go.  We’re just letting go of false perspectives.  We stop wanting justice for illusory errors.  We drop competing, not sports.  We buy gifts and decorate our house with lights anytime.  We become a healer who drops labels instead of creating them.  We go to creative workshops instead of self-help.  We realize that if hot boyfriend doesn’t like our True Self, he’s wrong for us.  We see goodness in all people, not just our fellow church members.

Our false mind says that we’ll lose something we think we need or love by letting go, but it’s lying.  We can’t screw up by letting go.  We can’t lose.  Losing things that weren’t right for us is winning.  If something is truly ours, we can’t lose it.  And in my experience, if it wasn’t really mine, I didn’t miss it — not even a little.  Freedom was infinitely better.

Respect: R-E-S-P-E-C-T, You Must Drop It To Get Free!

Respect

By Cathy Eck

Respect

We’re trained to give respect to others at a young age.  We’re told to respect our elders, teachers, preachers, experts, authority figures, and people of a higher class even if they harm others or give us false beliefs.  We train children to respect the false self when we’re naturally hard-wired to respect only the True Self.  This is what flips our emotions so they no longer keep us on track.  To get free, we have to reverse this training.   It isn’t easy.  We have to give up wanting false respect and stop giving undeserved respect to others.  When we don’t follow society’s rules of respect, however, people see us as bad or wrong.

Normal respect happens when someone expresses their True Self.  They love us unconditionally or see who we really are.  They do something creative or demonstrate an amazing talent.  It’s like applause or appreciation.  It’s a temporary nod of thanks for sharing something beautiful, true, or pure with us.  But even those experiences should only generate temporary respect.

False respect is a robot-like response based on mental programming.  False respect is defined by illusory social standards, qualifications, or rules.  False respect is often considered permanent once we qualify for it.  If we have been given the magic wand of false respect, we can be a jerk and people will still have to listen to us and believe us.  This is how dictators get so much power.

Unnatural Respect

We can’t worship two masters.  We can’t live as a True Self while worshipping or believing false selves.  What we do on the outside mirrors what we’re doing on the inside.  If we’re listening to false selves outside of us, we also respect our own false self.  We disrespecting our True Self and God.

Unnatural respect is all about one thing and one thing only.  It serves to keep people in the masculine role who don’t deserve it.  We don’t question them or their beliefs.  We shut down our discrimination.  We give them the same power in our mind that we’d naturally give our True Self: but unfortunately, they don’t deserve that position.

Level Confusion

Sadly, we have infused respect with level confusion.  Ideally, our True Self would inspire all of our actions.  Other people might give us ideas or teach us things, but our choices would come from inside of us.  When choices come from our True Self, they’re always win-win for all; the True Self never harms or diminishes another.

However, when someone plays their “respect me” card, we don’t believe that we can say, “No,” because the authority figure has a pedigree, knowledge, or a role.  They didn’t earn our respect.  This is often hard to see.  We confuse the knowledgeable or privileged false self with the wise, omnipotent True Self.  We believe their authority is earned, but it isn’t.  Often the people with the most rules and beliefs are placed in positions of authority.  Unnatural respect slams us into the feminine role underneath false leaders.  Then we feel powerless to reclaim what’s rightfully ours.

FEAR…FEAR…and more FEAR

When we recognize that people who said they loved us were operating from win-lose beliefs, we naturally lose our false respect for them.  That makes sense.  We feel bad because we want to respect everyone.  But false selves don’t deserve respect.  If we look below the urge to obey them, we’ll find the fear, the beliefs, and the rules that need to go.

As we let go, we hear the voices of the people who have controlled our mind.  We must stand firm and discriminate, but our automatic reaction is usually to just obey or try to keep the peace.  We must do our best to only give respect to our own True Self, and that means disrespecting false selves no matter how much they scare or threaten us.  We have to let them go.  When we completely let the false voices within go, the people without lose their power as well.  It’s like we become invisible to them.

Finally, we’ve cleared out our OWN mind; we now deserve natural respect.  We no longer judge.  We think in win-win ways.  We’ve lost our fear.  We love our mind.  But the people around us don’t give us natural respect.  They’re still listening to and respecting false selves because they’re afraid not to.  This can be the worst stage of all.  We’ve worked so hard to reconnect with our wisdom and truth, and people think we’re full of shit because we aren’t saying what the false selves say.  It’s tempting to turn back, and I suspect many do.  Some get stuck in anger at this stage when people in their lives ask them to prove themselves; the people should ask their false authorities for justification but they’re afraid of their false authorities.

In these moments, we’re facing the earliest moments in childhood when we accepted the illusion because we believed we had no choice.  We couldn’t go off on our own; we were too young.  We’re remembering being small and yet knowing the truth, but no one understood or heard us.  Maybe we couldn’t even talk yet, but we felt emotion when something was false.  We cried.  For some, that was pretty much all the time.  Why didn’t they feel the same emotions?  Why did they demand our respect?  Why were we seen as bad or wrong?

If you allow this  sadness, powerlessness, and despair to erupt and listen as your beliefs arise, you’ll realize that you accepted beliefs about the world, yourself, and other people that weren’t true.  Listen, as your beliefs rise into your mind.  Realize they all generate strong emotion so they’re false; notice that they aren’t win-win for everyone.  Let them go.  You’re no longer a powerless child.  You did nothing wrong.  You were just an innocent True Self.  People who didn’t remember who they were saw you as flawed.  They were wrong.  You can let their error go now and be free.

Too Good To Be True, Etc.

La Jolla

By Cathy Eck

In my mentorship program, I require participants to write down their personal version of Heaven on Earth.  It isn’t the same for any two people.  But there is a harmony among them.  There’s never a case where one person’s Heaven on Earth would prevent another from having their Heaven on Earth.  That’s how I know they’ve tapped into something true.

After writing their Heaven on Earth, I ask them to write about their reality.  The difference is huge.  I learn a lot about them.  I learn what brings them joy.  I also learn what’s currently bringing them pain and suffering.  If they’ve been involved in New Age or Eastern religions, they’ll have a hard time writing this document.  They’ve become quite good at ignoring their desires or making them bad.  If they’ve been in western religion, they have lots of desires, but their reality is not even close.  Often they’re embarrassed by the desires; they think they don’t deserve them.  Or they think they’ll get them when they die if they go to the Heaven sold by religion.

In some cases, their mind and emotions work for them.  When they read their Heaven on Earth, they feel calm and peaceful.  Life feels right.  When they read their reality statement, they feel emotional and powerless.  Their emotions are pointing to the beliefs that are causing this gap.  The True Self would have no gap between reality and Heaven unless it’s a fun gap.  It also wouldn’t have emotional agitation.

When we understand this, we see how religion and spiritual teachings make people miserable.  They’re pushing Heaven away from earth by causing people to believe that their desires are imaginary, wrong, or impossible.  Most people are basking on the fringes of hell while telling themselves that they’re almost in heaven.  Spiritual and miserable are close cousins in the illusion.  Most people don’t see this, but they would if they watched themselves talk.

Defeat or Drop

The illusion looks very powerful and impossible to defeat for most of us.  Some people achieve success by finding a crack.  Others have strong wills and win a battle or two.  But nobody wins the war.  The illusion eventually kills us all.  It’s impossible to defeat the illusion by fighting it.  No one has ever won that war, and no one ever will.  However, it’s possible to forget the illusion — to not believe it exists.  And when enough of us do that, it won’t exist anymore for anyone.  Earth will be Heaven again.

There are some big beliefs that fuel the notion that our dreams are impossible or imaginary, and our reality is painfully true.  The main one is that people think thoughts that generate emotion are true, when they are actually false.  This keeps us all living like salmon trying to jump upstream.  It’s hard work.  I wouldn’t want to be a salmon.

With each of these false statements below, notice that they aren’t win-win for everyone.  Either some people must lose, or everyone must lose.  Also, if you pay attention to your emotions, you’ll see they’re false beliefs.  If they do feel good, look for some sneaky-ass pride telling you that you’re good for having this belief.  Or see if you’re labeling the emotion excitement.

It’s Too Good to be True

It’s easier to see how disgusting this statement really is when you look at the opposite.  “If it’s really bad and I’ll hate it, It’s true.”  We often say things like “It’s Too Good to be True” to make ourselves seem humble.  If we were all shining brightly, no one would be humble.  Only arrogant people will tell us that we need to be humble.  Only those who want company in their misery will tell us that “It’s Too Good to be True.”  If something feels calm and peaceful, it’s true.  We don’t need to prove that to anyone.

Hard Work is a Virtue

Most of us in America have ye olde Puritan Ethic.  We’re embarrassed or labeled lazy if something comes to us easily.

In common conversations, normal people whine, complain, blame, or look for justification, praise, or support for their “life is hard work” point of view.  No wonder many of us would rather be alone on an island.  If hard work was virtuous, it would make us happy and joyful too.

After letting go for a while, I didn’t have anything to complain about.  People didn’t notice.  They just saw my silence as more air time for them to bitch.  After awhile, I decided there was no value in many relationships.  I couldn’t see that when I was complaining half of the time.  Normal crappy relationships looked like friendship.

I wondered what a real friendship looked like.  I realized that I wanted to talk about fulfilling my dreams, creative ideas, and new things I learned.   One day, it hit me.  Those were things that I talked about when I was young.  Maybe we get old and sick only because we keep accepting more and more of the illusion as true until it kills us.

Some Things Never Change

This statement screams level confusion.  The True Self doesn’t change.  All creative potential doesn’t need to change.  The false self should continue to change along with the True Self, but as people get older, they usually resist change.  A baby changes from week to week, children change from year to year.  Adults change from decade to decade, and most old people don’t change at all.  Then what’s the use of living anymore?  So we don’t.

Think of some more of these widely accepted false beliefs, and let them go.  If you notice yourself saying them, pay attention to why you said them.  Close the hole in your false mind by letting go of the reason you said it.  Do this enough, and the distance between your reality and your Heaven on Earth will shrink.  Until one day, they gap will be gone.

I Want Freedom BUT I Already Fixed That

Freedom from emotions

By Cathy Eck

People are becoming more and more aware of the illusion; they hide from it, vent about it, or feel like they’re stuck in a prison with no parole.  No wonder so many people are depressed.  Others fight the illusion or rebel against it, but they never win.  Why are we so afraid of this giant cartoon?

You see, if we’re bothered by another person’s illusion, it has taken up residence in our OWN mind.  Freedom is about destroying the beliefs in OUR mind that have cast us into roles in other people’s illusions.  We must realize that their illusion can’t affect us if we don’t believe it.  If we believe that we MUST fix another person or get them to see they’re wrong so we can be free, we still share their belief.  The more we let go, the more clear this becomes.

Fear Rules the Illusion

Letting go allows us to see that we’re all victims of the illusion; we’re not really victims of each other.  If we’re getting something we don’t want from another or from life, we believe that what we got is real or true; or we believe that the person who cast us in the feminine role has power over us.  Getting free requires using our emotions to go inside our mind and find our causal beliefs.

People want guns because they fear other people are bad and could harm them.  People join religions because they fear their soul was stained — they want a better afterlife or next life.  People adopt diets, exercise routines, or practices because they fear death, aging, weight problems, or illness.  People follow authority because they fear punishment.  People take jobs they hate because they fear being without money or believe they need the benefits.  Most of our doing is simply to counteract fear and paranoia.  It’s not creative.

Paranoia and fear make us vulnerable to clever marketing.  In fact, we can often see our beliefs by looking at what we’re tempted to buy.  We wouldn’t want to fix the problem if we didn’t still believe we had it.  You can be sure that the minute we fix one illusory fear, someone will find something else to scare the shit out of us  Then they sell us yet another product or service.  We win when we no longer believe we need anything from another — that’s freedom.

The True Self has no emotion because it holds no beliefs; the false self is filled with beliefs and emotions.  Emotions are the effect, not the cause.  So if we think we need a gun, we need to look at the beliefs causing our fear of other people.  If we think we need religion, we need to follow our fear of sin to the causal religious beliefs.  If we think we need our partner to spend more time with us, we must follow our emotion to our loneliness.  If we think we need a food or exercise regimen, we should follow our fear of illness or fat to find the causal beliefs that were probably learned from an expert.  As we let go, we’re relieving the experts, which have ruled our lives, of their duty.

Often we think that mental solutions fix the cause.  We’re attracted to spiritual teachers, mental techniques, and practices like positive thinking, visualization, meditation, yoga, Tai chi, EFT, new religions, hypnosis, or NLP because they seem to put new and improved beliefs in our mind or relieve our emotions.  Sometimes we grasp a moment of clear sight, which causes us to let go.  But that is rare and often not easily repeatable.  We eventually grow tired of these techniques too.  Now we’re ready to let go.

By the time that we realize this, we’re often exhausted.  We’ve tried so many things.  We have no desire to do much of anything; and that’s good.  We’re finally tired of fixing problems.   Fortunately, it doesn’t take physical energy to let go.  But it takes desire, persistence, and courage.  Then we see the horrible truth.  We meet all the things we thought we fixed because we didn’t fix the cause; we fixed the effects.  That’s a real “Oh FUCK!” moment.  It looks like we’re going backwards before we can go forward; this causes many people to quit letting go before they even get started unless they understand what’s going on.

Getting to Freedom

To get to freedom, we have to heighten our awareness of our own mental processing by witnessing our thinking.  We observe what we’re driven to do and constantly ask ourselves why we’re doing it.  We stop living on automatic.  We must get painfully honest with ourselves; and stop looking for others to fix our emotions and problems.  And we must stop fixing the emotions and problems of others.

“Why?” becomes our best friend.  Why am I feeling that I need to do this, be this, or want this?  Why do I think I need this product, practice, or person?  The answer points to the cause; and it won’t feel good.  But you now know that you were doing all that work or spending all that money only to fix a stupid belief that didn’t even feel good.

We have to realize that every time we fix the effect, we give the causal belief more power.   And that’s why we often feel so much emotion when we stop fixing the effects.  We’ve been covering that emotion with products, practices, or practitioners for a long time.  It’s like going cold turkey with an addiction.  Actually, the biggest addiction on this planet is fixing the effects of our beliefs to eliminate our emotional discomfort.  Nearly everyone has that addiction.   We thought we desired the thing that fixes the effect, but all those emotions were just begging us to remove the causal belief.  When we remove the false belief, the false desire disappears as well.  We won’t see that particular problem again.

A Different View of the Story of the Tower of Babel

Tower of Babel

By Cathy Eck

The Lord’s Version

Today is my 200th post.  In honor of that milestone, I thought I’d write about my favorite fucked-up Bible story, the Tower of Babel.  It’s sad that the Tower of Babel story was so distorted; it’s really a beautiful, meaningful story.  I intend to demonstrate how shifting our perspective can transform even the most confusing and disempowering stories.  Here’s the story from Ye Ole King James Bible Genesis 11:

1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.

9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

The Lord

The error begins when we mistake Lord for the Creator God.  The God of Genesis I was a Creator (or creative force); after Genesis I, God became the angry, judgmental, power-hungry inventor of man’s false self and knowledge of good and evil.  The rest of the Old Testament is mostly about life in the Lord’s illusion where rules, beliefs, and false Gods rule.  It’s about reward and punishment for the Lord’s benefit, not for the benefit of the people or the earth.

This is a very important story.  Lord is still ruling the earth today.

The People

Lord recognizes that the children building the Tower of Babel communicate very well; they’re a powerful creative force — like the real God that Lord despises.  So Lord says:  “now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.”  Lord is threatened.  He’s saying, “I can’t control these people.  They’re true creators.  Who will build my castles and shine my bling?”  His power depends on obedient slaves.

Lord decides to confound their language or speech, because Lord is an ass.  He presumes that their outer communication created their unity.  Different ways of speaking don’t unite or divide.

What did he mean?  Common vision unites us.  Beliefs divide us.  We accept beliefs only when our emotions are confounded.  The truth has no emotional component.  Beliefs are loaded with emotion, but we’re confounded to psychologically reverse our discrimination so we accept thoughts that feel horrible.  Then we create in the image and likeness of Lord, not God.

Lord confounded our universal language — our natural discrimination system so we wouldn’t know the difference between truth and beliefs (false).  Lord made the children’s True Self behavior wrong.

At the True Self level, we’re all one.  We think in harmony.  At the false self (belief) level, we’re separate; we’re designed that way.  Authorities, at all levels, behave like Lord.  Most of us experienced a Tower of Babel moment before we we’re able to talk.

This story reinforces some horrible beliefs, like authority figures have more power than our own True Self.  It convinces us to drop our desires and submit to the desires of authority (supporting the illusion).  We fear that our True Self is bad or wrong.  We even fear joy because we believe punishment will follow.  Lies, lies, lies…but the beliefs of many appear true.  But they aren’t true; they’re just reality.

False leaders “Divide and Conquer.”  If we’re separated into different religions, political parties, races, or sexual preferences, the completely unqualified, but highly focused, elite Lords easily rule the world.

It’s Not Pride

The religious believe this is a story of pride based on Verse 4, “Let us make us a name.”  Bullshit!  Harmony is never prideful. Making a name wasn’t prideful because their intention was pure.  They were caught in the illusion and wanted to get back to Heaven to speak with their True God, which is a metaphor for wanting to return to their True Self perspective.  The story says they feared separation.  Separation is the consequence of accepting the false self, belief-driven perspective, of their Lord.

Here’s a little Jeopardy test:  “This was a prideful one who falsely accused his followers of being prideful.”  “Alex, that would be ‘What is Lord?'”  Yes!  This story was an example of projection.  Lord projected his own disgusting pride on the innocent children.

All One

I communicate with people from all over the world, representing different races, ages, sexual preferences, religions, and political perspectives.  On the way into the illusion, we all look very different.  But on the way out, the differences drop, and we start harmonizing; we see eye to eye.  It constantly amazes me.

We do have one language — emotions.  Our God-given emotional communication system discriminates between lies and truth.  Those who lie don’t want us to know that because discrimination is REAL power.  Emotions (once we remove our psychological reversals) tell us when we’re living in or returning to Heaven on Earth and when we’re hell bound.  They provide divine communication that’s flawless; they dump Lord off his pedestal, complete the Tower of Babel, and reconnect Heaven and Earth.

Understanding Conspiracy Theory in the Illusion

Hero in an illusion

By Cathy Eck

Illusion Traps

I write this blog to expose the mental traps of the illusion.  I know them because I got caught in them myself and found the way out.  We’re all innocent victims of an illusion that was created a long time ago.  Jesus said that his perpetrators didn’t know what they were doing.  He was right.  They were playing their role in the illusion.

Conspiracy theorists do the same thing that I do — they expose.  But they’re not changing anything because they’re making a big mistake.

Conspiracy theorists focus on action.  They generate emotions in their listeners.  But they don’t resolve those emotions.  So they commit the same error as religion.  They make us afraid of the little man behind the curtain by convincing us that he has power.  That’s their error.  False beliefs have no power.

Exposure is necessary.  We must first see a belief before we can let it go.  The conspiracy theorist is telling us someone else’s imaginary story.  But sadly, they make the story more real.  We should treat anyone’s illusory story like we treat a movie, but we don’t.  We fight their war or support their programs.  We take sides when neither side is worth taking.  We go into fear, panic, and terror.  We become even more obedient.  Conspiracy theory makes us believe the illusion more — not less.

When we believe another person’s illusion, whether it’s a religious, political, or even family illusion, we become blind and stupid.  Our intellect loves reasons and explanations.  Conspiracy theorists provide seemingly logical reasons for things that feel bad.  Religions have offered the same useless service.  But neither expose or fix the MENTAL cause of our problems.  An illusion, like a movie, can’t harm us unless we believe it.  We don’t need any more people who convince us that something false is true.

The first person to unconditionally love their opponent will always win.  True trumps false every time.  It’s hard to get to unconditional love when you’re being flooded with information about how despicable someone is.

An Example

Probably the biggest conspiracy is the evil illuminati.  People say there’s a secret group controlling the world.  Illusory games are about getting the most people to give their creative power away to a belief system.  In good and evil, people give their power to the minions of the old man in the sky.  In win-lose, they give it to the illuminati  — or some other little-man brotherhood.  The religious hate the brotherhoods and vice versa because they’re battling for the same minds.

We give our mind to leaders by believing they have power or authority.  We give our mind to them by accepting their beliefs as true.  We give our mind to them by giving our money to their programs, fighting their battles, and retelling their history.  The false Gods don’t care if we love them or hate them.  They only care that we believe them.

Conspiracy and religion both focus on actions — what someone did.  To get to the True Self, we must clear beliefs and ignore actions.

Our mind falsely tells us that the effects prove the beliefs are true when they’re actually proof that we believed the system was the truth.

Conspiracy and religion are on opposing sides of the same illusion, that’s why religious people go crazy over conspiracy.

If we play a role in an illusion, we’re an actor.  We can only be a true hero when we discover and live from our True Self.

The Illusion of Goodness

As our minds have evolved, people have learned to project both sides of duality outside while standing comfortably in the false center looking like a God.  The false center looks balanced and good.  Barack Obama is playing this role now.  He doesn’t know why the democrats and republicans can’t just get along.  Both sides are the reflection of his own split mind; but no one, including Obama, realizes that.  He thinks he’s a victim.

George Bush projected his inner terrorist (evil doers) outside of him while he watched 9/11 in a completely nonplussed state.  He was the good guy — whole and complete.  His shadow was attacking his own people.  He wasn’t concerned that people were dying in his illusion.  He was watching his illusion play out on the big screen of life, and he was the good guy — the hero and God.

Conspiracy theorists went wild after 9/11 because they wanted to know the cause.  The cause was George Bush’s Fundamentalist Christian belief in evil.  The conspiracy theorists were too busy looking at actions to see the mental cause.  No one said, “Hey let’s drop the belief in terrorism.  It’s a lie.”  When we think of terrorism, it feels terrible because it’s false.  Evil is always a FALSE projection. But George Bush is an authority; and when an authority says “Be afraid,” the sheep obey.

Conspiracy theorists tried to fix the situation.  They said, “Hey the enemy is in America.”  On the mental level, they were right.  George Bush was the leader of America; and he believed in terrorism.  So technically the cause was in America.  But the cause wasn’t in his physical actions, it was in his mind.

The Answer

We need to go back to the way our emotions were designed.  When we feel emotions, we stop.  We look at what we’re thinking or hearing in that moment.  We realize it’s false, and we let it go even if everyone in the whole world believes it.  Conspiracy theorists expose the hiding place of lies.  If we let those lies go, they lose power quickly.  If we can unconditionally love the liars, the little men quickly drop off their big high pedestals.

When we let go, we no longer remain caught in the stories of others.  We stop playing roles in other people’s illusions.  We take back our power as the directors, writers, and actors in our own story; we’re free.
