These are comments from real people who did the original Gold Circle initiation program. They aren’t needed in that program anymore. But I thought they might be useful to others who are just starting out on the journey of initiation. This article is about the voices in your mind. I call them clones. This is just a brief intro. If you want to learn more, click on the tags that relate to clones.
Repetitive thinking is always false thinking. But because it is repetitive, it's hard to see it as false. This conversation lightly addresses this topic.
Writing is useful in letting go because it makes us honest. If we can think something, then we believe it. It's in our minds.
Writing for freedom is different then writing for relief or for journaling. Once we let something go, we don't need to remember it. So we write to let go, not to process or hold on, in initiation.
Insights can come from writing. But we only get true insights that are valuable when we let go. The insight is the effect of letting go. We never want to hold on to an insight.
Our purpose in life is to complete our full-circle story. We have fulfilled our purpose if we bring our minds back to their pure state. Then we can create whatever life we want to create.
Western meditation is nothing like eastern meditation. Eastern meditation causes you to float above the manure in your mind. Western meditation contributes to your freedom.
