People tend to confuse the word belief with the word truth. Beliefs are not true, but they are not necessarily bad. They are creative ideas that we hold in mind in order to manifest what we call reality. We don’t have the ability to create without them. Beliefs only cause trouble when they are laced with judgment. And often these are the most difficult to let go.
